In Business, he managed significant turnkey projects in the security and smart card industry, taking on senior business development, sales and marketing roles. He was actively engaged in technology forums and worked with standardisation bodies to develop industry guidelines. His work contributed to the adoption and implementation of key smart card technology in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Hisham's background in Design broadened his creativity to actively engage with challenges and apply a design-thinking approach in his work space. His Human-Centred-Design (HCD) paradigm is reflected in all his work, whether it is in Business, Education, Technology or Design.
