​Through his studies Hisham learned that design is a never-ending process toward unattainable perfection. A relentless journey of patience, endurance and ultimately joy. For him, Design is an art of expression that connect people with the world around them to ultimately shape their experience. Hisham uses Design and Design Thinking as a vehicle to research challenges, appreciate different perspectives, innovate  and deliver.  The capacity to observe and see different perspective prompted him to design the "Multi-gull", which was featured in several community exhibitions around Melbourne.

As a Multimedia professional, he designed websites and produced a range of instructional and marketing videos for organisations, such as the State Library of Victoria, MS Australia, The Royal Women's Hospital, Victoria University and others.
